We are a small family farm on Salt Spring Island

We grow nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables and a rainbow of specialty cut flowers; we sell these and other natural foods from our farmstand. Our mission is to provide a wide range of ingredients at an affordable price; always organic, fair-trade, and as local as possible. We accomplish this through farmer-direct sourcing, bulk purchasing, and of course growing our own!
